Practice Policies

At The Spa Clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and customized treatment plans. Due to the nature of aesthetic services, medical treatments, and reserved appointment times, all sales are final.

Services

All services rendered, completed treatments, and treatment packages are non-refundable.

Prepaid Treatments & Packages

Prepaid treatments, series, and packages may be transferred to another eligible service of equal value if a treatment is no longer desired or appropriate. Any price difference will be collected at the time of transfer. No cash refunds will be issued.

Memberships

Membership fees, monthly payments, and previously used membership benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Treatment Results

Individual results vary. Dissatisfaction with treatment results does not qualify for a refund.

Medical Eligibility Changes

If a patient develops a medical condition that permanently prevents treatment, The Spa Clinic may review the account for an alternative service option or account resolution at management’s discretion.

At The Spa Clinic, we are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience, personalized care, and dedicated treatment time with our providers. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our providers’ schedules, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Reservations

A valid credit card may be required to reserve all appointments, consultations, treatment packages, and injectable services.

Certain services, extended appointments, or promotional bookings may require a deposit at the time of scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully require a minimum of: 24 hours’ notice for standard spa and aesthetic appointments 48 hours’ notice for injectable appointments, body contouring, Morpheus8, laser services, or appointments exceeding 90 minutes This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other patients awaiting appointments.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled outside of the required notice period may result in: A $50 cancellation fee for standard appointments A $100 cancellation fee for advanced aesthetic, injectable, or specialty treatments Or forfeiture of the booking deposit, if applicable.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be subject to: A fee up to 100% of the scheduled service value Deduction of one treatment session from an active package or membership Requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings Repeated no-shows or cancellations may limit future booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure the highest quality experience for all guests: Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled Full-service pricing may still apply If the schedule cannot accommodate the delay, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

Membership Appointments

Members of The Spa Clinic membership program are still subject to the cancellation policy. Missed member appointments may result in forfeiture of the reserved treatment or applicable member benefit for that visit period Membership fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the membership agreement.

Package & Promotional Services

All packages, promotional pricing, and prepaid services are: Non-refundable Non-transferable Must be used within the stated promotional or contractual timeframe.

Emergency Considerations

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions may be considered at management discretion.
