Location Alternatives

If HydraFacial is unavailable at a participating location, members may choose one of the following equivalent treatments:

  • ZO 3-Step Peel
  • IPL Facial Rejuvenation
  • Customized Medical Facial

For promotions that include a complimentary HydraFacial (such as Buy 3 Morpheus8 Treatments, Receive 1 Complimentary HydraFacial), members may substitute one of the following at no additional cost:

Membership Terms

  • Membership fees are charged each month automatically to the payment method on file.
  • Memberships require a minimum six (6) month commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel after the initial commitment has been fulfilled.
  • Monthly membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Membership credits may only be redeemed by the enrolled member and cannot be shared, sold, or exchanged.
  • Membership credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.
  • Credits continue to accumulate while the membership remains active and in good standing.
  • Membership benefits, discounts, and promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
  • All treatments are subject to provider evaluation and medical appropriateness. Certain treatments may require consultation or physician approval.
  • Prices, eligible services, and membership benefits are subject to change with a 30-day notice. Existing accrued membership credits will remain available.
  • Missed appointments and cancellations are subject to The Spa Clinic’s cancellation policy.

The Spa Clinic reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, eligible services, and program terms with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice. Memberships are intended for cosmetic services only and do not guarantee medical treatment. All procedures are subject to provider evaluation and clinical appropriateness.
