ABOUT LATISSE®

Latisse® is a prescription product used to treat hypotrichosis, or abnormal hair growth patterns, of the eyelashes. The use of Latisse® promotes eyelash growth and can provide patients with fuller, longer, darker, more beautiful eyelashes.

USING LATISSE®

Latisse® is actually applied by the patient at home, not in our office. Following the prescribed regimen, Latisse® is applied nightly to the base of the upper eyelashes. The results of using Latisse® happen gradually, with most patients reporting noticeable eyelash improvement in about 4 weeks. Latisse® is typically used for a period of 16 weeks. If the treatment is discontinued before the prescribed course of treatments, eyelashes will go back to their original state.
